Elizabeths problem-solving skills and natural talent for understanding - and deftly dealing with - workforce dynamics has made her invaluable to Moore Cape Town. Her ability to see the potential in employees (and clients) has led to a culture of growth and development at the firm. Elizabeth chairs the Moore SA HR Committee and serves on the Moore SA Training Committee. Whether she is talking to trainees, support staff, professional colleagues or clients, Elizabeth firmly believes in helping people realise opportunities and her efforts have seen her registered as an HR Professional, and is a member of the South African Board for People Practises as HR Generalist. She is also furthering her studies and is in the process of completing a degree in Organisational Psychology. Elizabeth begrudgingly exercises and would prefer to relax by reading, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
